David joined ESI in 2025 and is focused on building awareness of the benefits of energy storage and promoting our policy priorities.
PAT LAMBERT
Senior Policy Analyst
Pat supports ESI’s policy and research activities and works with ESI members to develop position papers and consultation responses that facilitate the development of energy storage.
